DevOps Engineer – Firmware & IoT $140k–$160k Super | Permanent | On-Site – South West Sydney A global leader in workplace technology is looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong DevOps/Software experience to join their Technology product team in Sydney. This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite 5 days per week in South West Sydney. What you’ll do: Build CI/CD pipelines and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, S3, IoT Core) Automating the extraction and processing of data from a variety of sources using tools like SQL, Mongo DB, and S3. Implementing the right architecture for communication between the cloud and the IoT devices using technologies including MQTT (eg. Mosquitto broker) Develop and deploy firmware to IoT hubs/gateways Set up secure comms (MQTT) between devices and cloud Automate data pipelines using SQL/MongoDB Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and remote teams What you bring: 5 years in DevOps / firmware engineering Strong AWS, CI/CD, SQL, and cloud architecture experience Electronics/IoT experience and understanding of secure infrastructure Positive, collaborative mindset For more information, please "APPLY" below or reach out to guy.nardo@pra.com.au for a confidential chat.
